Cells. That's the answer.
A group of two or more tissues that perform the same functions combine to form an ORGAN.
Organs such as the urinary bladder and kidneys then make up the ORGAN SYSTEM.
Organ systems make up an ORGANISM.
The 11 Human Body Systems
The 11 human body systems are as follows: -- nervous system -- integumentary system -- respiratory system -- digestive system -- excretory system -- skeletal system -- muscular system -- circulatory system -- endocrine system -- reproductive system -- lymphatic (immune) system

Cell division occurs through mitosis, which is divided into four stages:
- Interphase
- Prophase - each chromosome consists of two chromatids joined at the centromere
- Metaphase - chromosomes align at the center of the cell.
- Anaphase - chromatids separate at the centromere and migrate to opposite poles
- Telophase - the two nuclei assume their normal structure and cell division is completed, producing two new daughter cells.
